Customer service beyond expectations
The book ( a sixtieth birthday present) is absolutely hilarious, (and I'm sure will be cherished). I did the hardcover and it is beautifully done. But :) besides the book, the customer service went beyond my expectations. I was contacted by email to inquire if I enjoyed the book, I responded with a concern I had. My concern was fixed immediately and to a standard I have never experienced before. These will be my go- to for stand out gifts!

I love this book
I love seeing my name as the author and a photo of me on the front cover. I just received my book a couple of days ago so I haven't read all of it yet. The first few pages that I have read is spot on for my life as a security supervisor. I LOL because the words used sounds just like my day in day out experience at work.
