2. Defective or Damaged Products

2. Assessment: We will review your request and may ask for photos of the defect or damage.
3. Return Approval: If approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.
4. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive the defective book, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made books are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
